Violation Of Section 4.4 Of The Developer Distribution Agreement

Check your app to see if it falls into any of the above categories, then fix the injury before updating your app on Google Play. You can refer here to the Policy on the Misuse of Devices and Networks: play.google.com/about/privacy-security-deception/device-network-abuse 5.4 You grant the user a non-exclusive, global and permanent license for the execution, display and use of the product on the device. If you wish, you can include in your product a separate end-user license agreement (EULA) that regulates the user`s rights to the product instead of the previous sentence. After accepting my call, I logged into my Google Play developer account and found that my app status was changed from “Suspended” to “Deleted” status as shown in the image below: 7.2 Google Takedowns. Although Google does not accept the obligation to monitor products or their content when Google informs you or receives it from other knowledge and determines at its sole discretion that a product or part of it or your brand characteristics. (a) violate intellectual property or other rights of third parties; (b) violates applicable law or is subject to an injunction; (c) is in opposition, pornographically, obscenely or otherwise, to Google`s hosting policies or other terms of use, which may be updated by Google from time to time at Google`s discretion; (d) that you distribute incorrectly; (e) may create liability for Google or authorized airlines; (f) is considered by Google to be a virus or as a malware, spyware or a negative effect on the network of Google or an authorized carrier; (g) does not comply with the terms of this agreement or developer programming policies; or (h) displaying the product compromises the integrity of Google servers (i.e. users cannot access or have other difficulties), Google may, at its sole discretion, remove the product from the store or reclassify the product. Google reserves the right to block and/or block store developers at its sole discretion. If your product contains items that could cause serious harm to user devices or data, Google may, at its sole discretion, disable the product or remove it from the devices on which it has been installed. Google may suspend or terminate the distribution of your products if you significantly violate the terms of a privacy agreement or other agreement regarding the Android store or platform. Copyright violations are not limited to the use of a logo or copyrighted image.

You can use copyrighted content in your app, and that seems to be the case. It`s hard to determine why your app violates the Google Play content policy because I don`t know your app and no one knows your app better than you do. But it seems that you tried to create a live tv streaming app to stream copyrighted content, and you weren`t allowed to do so. Make sure you understand why your app has been shut down, as it can sometimes be difficult. I advise you to check out the GooglePlay policy page here: play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy If you`ve blocked your app, this will be counted as a strike on your account, so you lose not only your app, but you also risk losing your Google Play account if you have more app blocking. In my case, even though I tried to decipher the output of the application because of the injury, it didn`t work and led to the suspension of the application.
